Tenax Titanium Solido
€ 30,03 - € 37,82
Comes with 1x Hardener 45ML
Tenax Titanium is developed with the latest Vinyl Ester technology. Titanium is ideal for seams, laminating, miter sawing, chip repair on all granite, marble, quartz and quartzite materials. Titanium is transparent with a light blue-purple colour and does not darken after curing. Titanium is excellent on white and light-coloured marble, quartz and quartzite. Takes colour very well for dark stones. Tenax Titanium is very fast and has a very good workability. Easy to stir and spread. Remains fluid, even after adding the hardener.
Tenax Titanium has an excellent adhesion in a short time, which means that the stone can be processed very quickly, even at low temperatures. After curing, Tenax Titanium has a flat surface with a high gloss and is very easy to polish. After adding the hardener, the adhesive will change color but will return to its original white color after a few minutes. This can be used as a catalyst indicator. Tenax Titanium contains a UV absorber. Exceptionally strong for CNC and line machine use immediately after curing. Excellent for indoor applications and outdoor applications that remain above 32°.
You can colour this product beautifully with our “Universal Colour Kit” from Tenax.

Instruction:
Resin and hardener are chemical products. Read the safety data sheet before use and follow the instructions on the packaging label.
Ensure the stone to be treated is dry, clean, and dust-free. Remove the required amount of adhesive from the container and add the catalyst to a paste of 1-2% by weight. Stir thoroughly and use the resulting product. Do not return any unused adhesive to the container. If necessary, use the colorant or metal oxides to correct the color. Add the colorant before the catalyst, adjust the shade, and then add the catalyst. Excessive colorant can affect the final properties of the adhesive. Handle with care. Keep the container closed after use. To achieve the best color after polymerization, it is recommended to use a peroxide paste of no more than 2% by weight.
Store the adhesive and catalyst in the original packaging and out of direct sunlight.
